Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process for all orders.

Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand services. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order.

Processing times:

  • T-shirts: 2-5 business days
  • Mugs: 2-5 business days
  • Bags: 2-5 business days

Please note that processing times do not include shipping time. Your order will be shipped once production is complete.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada (all provinces and territories)

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside of the US and Canada at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
  • Total time (production + shipping): 5-12 business days

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
  • Total time (production + shipping): 7-15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs & Duties (Canada)

For Canadian orders, please note that you may be responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Issues with Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help investigate.

For lost or damaged shipments, please reach out to us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you.
